About the Role

- Creating seasonal menu and items 製定菜單內容

- Ensuring a smooth operation inside the kitchen 烹調及處理廚房運作

- Cooking and presenting the cuisine to guests 為客人烹調及展示菜式

- Making food ingredients are at high standard 確保食材新鮮

- Keeping check of food cost 計算食物成本

- Ensuring high standard of food quality 確保高出品質素

- Diving job duties to different sections in the kitchen 編排廚房工作

Requirements

  • At least 5 years culinary experience in Japanese cuisine 至少5年日式料理經驗

  • Previous working experience in Japanese fine dining restaurant is highly preferred 如有高級日本餐廳工作經驗更好

  • Well-versed in kaiseki cuisine and experience in teppanyaki is highly preferred 熟悉懷石料理,有鐵板燒經驗更好

  • Team player and able to work in a fast pace kitchen 具團隊精神,能快速應對工作

  • Good command of Cantonese and English懂廣東話及英語
